CORTLANDT (WABC) The NYS Police has cancelled the New York State Amber Alert after a reported child abudction occured near Cortlandt just after 6 30 on Friday evening.
5 year old Avanta Perez was reported to have been abducted by her mother Amanda Perez in Cortlandt.
New York State Police tell Eyewitness News they have located both and say the mother was distraught but the girl was never abducted.
