Usher's five year old son continued to recover in hospital on Saturday from a scary pool accident but the family appear to be doing their best to move on.
The child's mother Tameka Foster 42 posted an image showing two side by side snapshots of Usher V awake and recuperating in a hospital bed.

The relieved mother was referring to the 1990s NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel Air starring a young Will Smith.
Foster on Friday lost her bid to get temporary primary custody of the boy and his four year old brother Naviyd during an emergency hearing in Atlanta.
She sought the emergency hearing after Usher V got caught in a pool drain on Monday while in the care of the Grammy winner's aunt.

A judge described the incident as an 'awful accident' and dismissed the case in favour of Usher whose given name is Usher Raymond IV.
Usher's 11 year old son Kile from a previous relationship tragically died in a jet ski accident last year.
The Nice Slow singer married Foster in 2007 and they divorced two years later.
Making the best of it Foster acquiesced to a hug from Usher after the emergency hearing over custody of their children
The two went through a lengthy child custody battle and Usher last year was granted primary custody of the boys.
Usher extended the proverbial olive branch after the emergency hearing and reached out to embrace a clearly distraught Foster.
She was emotional on the stand as she listened to the 911 tape by Usher's aunt Rena Oden as her son was stuck in the bottom of the pool.
Raymond who is a hair and wardrobe stylist at one point was sobbing so hard that she had to step down from the witness stand to regain her composure.
Usher's lawyer John Mayoue during the emergency hearing on Friday claimed that Foster was using the pool episode to revisit the child custody battle and gain publicity.
She testified that Usher keeps her in the dark about his whereabouts and who's taking care of her two boys.

Usher refuted the claim and said he sends Foster a weekly email detailing plans for the children for the upcoming week.
In a Twitter message she posted on Saturday Foster clarified that she was not in a custody battle with Usher and the proceedings on Friday were an emergency hearing.
'The media is mis characterizing what it was. My custody re trial is late August ' she posted.

Newest Oldest Best rated Worst ratedI never really warmed to Tameka but when she lost her son Kyle last year I was so so sorry for her. When she got the phonecall about her son from Usher being in an accident I cannot imagine her feelings so in the wake of this I can totally understand her taking Usher to court. I hope this awful accident brings them together as parents.

Tameka I feel your pain having lost a son last year tragically. However you haven't lost Usher V. I understand that you wanted your babies to live with you but sometimes 'money talks' Reassure yourself that their father loves them as much as you do and this was just an accident . Try to remain civil with your ex husband for the children sake. Sometimes tragedy pulled family closer together.

whenever he goes out for a pizza ....he should just put the kids in his personal jet and fly them to moms house...or maybe get a sercurity convoy of 25 bentleys to drive them to their moms house.........maybe even buy a personal sattelite with 24 hour dedicated gigabit speed 3D hook up to mums phone lap top and flat screen bathtub....he should do all this....of this weeks earnings....should also hire a team of mercinaries to protect the kids whilst they are swimming.....in fact....have a personal harley street doctor move into his condo....just in case.
