Mary Steenburgen Academy award winning actress and wife of Ted Danson can now add songwriter to her resume.
The Last Vegas star revealed in an interview with CBS that she was recently signed by Universal Music as a songwriter.
Steenburgen 60 said she became captivated by music after she had surgery on her arm.
At one point I kind of looked in the mirror and said 'You know you're a mom you're a wife people count on you you can't go off the deep end into this kind of crazy musical swirl ' she told CBS.
But she did. Turns out her trusty instrument of choice is the accordion. Fun fact of the day.
